Flavor Notes: Wild Berry Poptart, Nougat

Our second coffee from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua is wildly different than it’s counterpart. This coffee is super sweet and fruity with cooked fruit notes of raspberry and blueberry alongside puff pastry and nougat flavors.
This coffee comes from Finca Los Papales in Nicaragua. The estate has been in the Angelina Lopez family for over century and to this day grandparents, children and grandchildren continue to manage the estate together. The coffee is wet and dry milled on the estates premises in order to better manage quality control. The growing altitude is between 1,300 and 1,700 meters.
