Finca Cedros Palmira is a small farm in the town of Palmira run by the Morales family, the same folks behind Finca Rosma. Cedros Palmira is a high altitude farm, right around 1900 meters above sea level, and planted mostly in Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra and Typica cultivars. Don Fredy Morales is employing a variety of process technics at the farm, this being a blend of honey and dry process coffees. To be fair, it started off as two separate process batches, but we wound up blending them together as their fruit-forward cups worked well in combination.
What a fruit-forward coffee this lot is, which should come as no surprise seeing that it's a blend of honey and dry process coffees.
