FLOATING POINT is a 'Dian hong' or Yunnan style black tea.
This particular black tea is sun dried rather than dried in a machine, leading to less of the malt and chocolate profile typical of many dian hongs. Instead 'Floating Point' is very fruit-forward with a super juicy, thick, body. A daily black tea that can be steeped many, many, times.
This tea was pressed in November 2017 using material from spring 2017.
This tea will be sold in lots of 25g. We recommend using 5g per tea session or 2.5g for western style cups of tea.
