The Belisaro boasts a heavy mouthfeel, complemented by the rich flavors of chocolate and caramel that help build a foundation for the blend. Rodrigo's caturra contributes a bounty of fermented berry flavors along with hints of maple, while the addition of Ethiopian Ardi serves to refine the blend, introducing additional berry layers, increased sweetness, some brightness.
The resulting brew is rich in fruit notes, exudes sweetness, possesses a subtle caramel undertone, and leaves a lasting impression on the palate. It is roasted to suit our favorite style of roast for an early morning brew, achieving a balance of roast depth that tones down the acidity without compromising the sweetness or the cherished berry flavors of our two most popular coffees of all time.
