Washed Process - Medium Roast
We have been featuring coffees from Timaná for the last three years. Coffee from this area is always balanced, sweet, and consistent. It is a coffee all of us at Third Wave look forward to each year and we are so glad to bring it back to our customers. We are getting lots of brown sugar sweetness, blackberry, hazelnut, cherry and chocolate. It’s a medium roast, so it has slightly more caramelization and a heavier mouthfeel. This makes it an excellent coffee those who want to add a little milk/sugar to their coffee.
