Washed Process - Dark Roast
For those that want their cup of coffee in the morning to be as dark as night. This blend is made up of Nicaragua and Colombia, we roast the Nicaragua to our darkest profile ever, then roast the Colombian Timaná to a medium dark roast. This allows there to be more complexity with some dried fruit below the layers of bittersweet chocolate, walnut, and some spice. This is not your normal dark roast, it’s still most definitely a dark roast, but it’s done with the same care and quality we put into our light and medium roasts.
