Trifecta has always been our main espresso blend, though the components change with the seasons we always aim for the same flavor profile so that our customers know exactly what to expect.
This blend has Brazil Mogiana, Mexico Veracruz Extended Fermentation, and Colombia Dulima. Brazil acts as the foundation and balances out the espresso, Mexico adds some layers of sweetness with notes of honey and graham, then Colombia adds some fruit acidity and brightness to finish the espresso off. This combination allows us to have a blend that is great by itself or with milk.
