Guatemala Huehuetenango Finca La Bolsa
Starting from Finca La Bolsa, situated in the serene hills of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, this coffee embodies decades of dedication and passion. Managed by the Vides family since 1958, this Rainforest Alliance-certified farm specializes in Bourbon and Caturra varietals that grow under a lush canopy of trees. Pioneered by Dr. Vides and now under the stewardship of his daughter and grandson, the farm has won accolades such as Guatemala's "Outstanding Coffee Grower" award. Each cup exudes a legacy of quality, showcasing notes of rich cocoa, delicate florals, and a hint of nuttiness.
El Salvador Monte Verde
From the elevated terrains of Santa Ana in El Salvador comes the Monte Verde natural—a true fruit bomb that elevates the coffee experience to an art form. Cultivated by Rene Contreras at an altitude of 1450 meters above sea level, this exceptional brew scores an 88 on the cupping table. Each sip is an explosion of fermented fruit notes, bright fruit punch, and peach rings, all harmonized by the comforting sweetness of honey.
The Blend: A Harmonic Symphony
Nova is more than just a cup of coffee; it's a bright journey through the best Central America has to offer. As the heavy, cocoa-infused aromas of the Guatemalan beans mingle with the lively fruitiness of the Salvadoran beans, you're treated to a cup that's extraordinarily balanced yet full of character and comfort.
