    You can expect desert-like qualities with caramelized sugars, stone fruit, and strawberry jam as the cup cools. This balanced natural process coffee represents our ideal medium roast coffee, one that is great with milk and great on its own, a coffee that has soft fruit notes, lower acidity, and developed/caramelized sweetness.

    Pieter Johannes arrived in Brazil from the Netherlands in the 1990’s for an internship. An interest in agriculture eventually led him to coffee and the Mogiana region where coffee has a long and storied history. His farm is located at 1000 meters in the hills of Morro Vermelho where he grows coffee under shade trees and constantly pursues improvement in cup quality with various post-harvest processing techniques.
