We love Rodrigo's coffees, we are ecstatic each year when the fresh crop lands, so when offered a new varietal we had to get our hands on it! We found the castillo lot gave us more brightness and fruit than the caturra, so we roasted it lighter to emphasize it and we ended up with a wild and unique natural that we are raving about.
